A village house with private roof terrace in the heart of the village and only a few minutes walk from the River Ebro. The river is renowned for the superb fishing it offers and was featured in the programme "Extreme Fishing" hosted by actor and presenter Robson Green. The surrounding area is also ideal for walkers and birdwatchers.  The neighbouring village of Miravet is home to a Knights Templar Castle which stands atop a rocky crag overlooking the river. There is also a small cable ferry which offers a shortcut across the river for cars and pedestrians. The house has one double bedroom and a single room on the second floor and another double bedroom on the third floor. There are bathrooms on each of these floors. The first floor accomodates a kitchen and dining room which has two juliet balconies overlooking a village square. The lounge is located on the third floor which is air conditioned as is the second floor. The house also has full gas central heating making it extremely cosy on cooler days. The fourth floor is where you will find the private roof terrace on which you can unwind whilst enjoying far reaching views.
